The memory of sight
heard the whisper of a thousand voices
calling
Awaken!
Awaken!
and in the silence of a thousand hearts
beating
in time
she opened the eyes of her heart
and took flight upon a thousand wings
beating
in time
to the wonder
of her wings unfolding.
