Hi Louise. I have found your other blog – a third one! How talented you are.
I really love this poem. It holds so much meaning to me. I am not sure of your own underlying message that you intended. However, the way I read it is firstly finding peace within yourself and then that sereneness transmits to the other person allowing them to find their own inner peace and then peace between each other just happens. Brilliant!
Could be used in many different situations.
Hello, I copied your poem into my post today with a link to this site. Hope that is OK. I acknowledged the author as Louise G as that is what you have on this blog. if you would prefer i wrote your full name, let me know. As I said before, i have found within this poem a simple yet brilliant concept to finding peace with others and within ourselves.
(and also it would work for community and world affairs if people would only give it a go!)

thanks Elizabeth — and as you can see, I have not been writing a poem of peace a day — I’m so grateful you brought me back to it! š
and yes — that is exactly my intent so I’m grateful again. Hugs.
I just saw that you had done this Elizabeth and my heart sang and I was moved by the generosity and beauty of your gesture.
Thank you.
and yes, please do use my full name š Louise Gallagher
I am honoured — and I’m smiling. I love it when something I write resonates and the ripple continues.
